Also referred to as the Habit of Commitment. Champions commit to the completion of worthy goals.
 
Anytime you set your sights on a worthwhile goal, such as becoming more than you are today, it is important to stay the course.

2009 Spring Southeast Regional Dan Shim Sa & General Clinic

On May 8, 2009, the Southeastern region of the Atlantic -Pacific Tang Soo Do Federation had its annual spring black belt test at the Family Church in Sugar Hill, GA. The testing panel included Grandmaster John St. James and the Southeastern Regional Masters and Master’s Candidates. The physical test opened with the announcement of the high scores on the written exam. The high scorer among the children was Sabrina Edwards of Karate World.

Moo Do Wisdom - The Right Action

The Right Understanding leads to the Right Thoughts and the Right Thoughts leads to the Right Words. The Right Words lead to the Right Action.
 
The Right Actions can also be translated as the “right conduct”.   This includes acting in ways that bring honor to oneself or to others. It requires being mindful, deliberate, and aware of your every behavior.

MAXIMIZE!

Studies on human potential show that most people are performing at a fraction of their true potential.  Some say 5%, others 10% at best.  Either way, it means that we all have a tremendous opportunity to improve ourselves and enjoy even greater levels of success and achievement.
