Meaning that most of what we do every day is on auto pilot. Habits are formed through repetition. Good or bad, anything you do over and over again…eventually becomes a habit. |

It has long been a custom in the Martial Arts, that upon entering the dojang, students
remove their shoes and place them in the shoerack. Part of this custom is for hygiene
and cleanliness. |
