2009 New England Regional Black Belt Camp & Dan Shim Sa

May 2009 - The 3rd annual New England Regional APTSDF Black Belt Camp took place from May 15th-17th, 2009 at the picturesque YMCA Camp Jewell in the mountains of Northwestern Connecticut at Colebrook.  This now being the 3rd annual event, we in the New England region have come to expect nothing short of an inspirational, motivational, and highly educational experience.  These expectations were met and surpassed by far. Over 90 participants of all ages with ranks from red belt to Senior Masters joined with Grandmaster St. James for a spectacular weekend.

2009 Southeast Regional Black Belt Camp

On the weekend of July 10-12, 2009, the Atlantic-Pacific Tang Soo Do Federation held its annual Southeastern Regional Black Belt Camp. It was the first camp held at Children’s Harbor on Alabama’s Lake Martin, as well as the first ever to welcome red belts. Seven masters and two master’s candidates were present, apart from Grandmaster John St. James, the President and Founding Master of the APTSDF.

 

2010 New England Regional Blackbelt Camp & Dan Shim Sa

The 2010 Atlantic Pacific Tang Soo Do Federation New England Black Belt Camp and Regional Dan Shim Sa took place over the May 21st-23rd weekend. This was the 4th annual event of its kind in the New England region. The setting was YMCA Camp Woodstock in the Northeastern hills of Connecticut, where the picturesque background set the stage for a wonderful and productive time. Some 20 test candidates brought their skills and talents to the test center on Friday evening and performed admirably for the test panel.

2008 Southeast Regional Black Belt Camp & Dan Shim Sa

On the weekend over November 7, 8, and 9, 2008, the southeastern region of the Atlantic-Pacific Tang Soo Do Federation had its fifth annual Black Belt Camp in Jackson’s Gap, Alabama. About 120 martial artists were in attendance, over half of them participated in the Dan Shim Sa which opened the camp on Friday night.
