Habits of Excellence}>Living with Gratitude!

Thanksgiving is here...a great time to remind everyone
of the importance of Living with Gratitude.

Any great achiever and certainly true Martial Arts Champions, live with gratitude everyday. It's not just a once a year expression or celebration,
it's a daily habit.

When you live with gratitude and consistently express it to the people that love and support you, as well as the universe we all live in, you're likely to attract more of the things you are most grateful for.

There are so many things to be grateful for in life.

Whether it's the love of a family member, a great friendship, a caring mentor, good health or some of the many things we could easily take
for granted.

We all live in a country filled with abundance and that isn't always the case in other areas of the world. We live a life of freedom and choice. Again, not always the case in other parts of the world.

We enjoy clean water, electricity, good food and a beautiful dojo to train in. We are surrounded everyday in class by great people, caring people, helpful people, that are all here to help us grow and achieve our best...in the dojo and in life.

How did we get so lucky?

I hope you enjoy the upcoming Holiday Season and that you'll make
Living with Gratitude one of your daily HABITS OF EXCELLENCE.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU AND YOURS!

HEALTH & FITNESS TIP: D.I.A.}>DECIDE IN ADVANCE!

This week's tip for health and fitness is timed with the Holiday Season
as well...reminding you to D.I.A.}>Decide in Advance.

Simply meaning that it's best that you should DECIDE IN ADVANCE what you will eat and drink...along with what you won't eat and drink over the
Holiday Season.

It's much easier to enjoy your Holidays in moderation if you D.I.A.

Often times during the Holidays, well meaning family and friends do a
very good job of encouraging you to over indulge as part of celebrating
the year. The combination of over indulgence of bad food combinations,
along with alcohol and over spending...can cause a lot of stress after
the Holidays are over.

Too much partying combined with less exercise and physical training is
a dangerous combination for your overall health and fitness goals.

Our suggestion is to D.I.A.}>Decide in Advance to have a lot of fun
and enjoy the Holiday Season without falling prey to over indulgence.
