Together with our extensive schedule and the availability of "make-up" classes, our easy access makes us the choice for today's busy families.

We stress safety in class. We have state-of-the-art padded flooring courtesy of ZebraMats and padded equipment for the safety of our students. We practice "hard" training and not "hurt" training.
