The same is true if you wanted to improve your cardiovascular fitness and increase your overall strength and endurance. Through experience of teaching and training thousands of students over the past 34+ years, we know these are very attainable goals.
The key is to learn to maximize the time and effort you are currently dedicating to each of these areas. Once you’ve committed mentally that you can and will give more, you must take immediate action to increase the return on your investment.
